Admin team 1 - Team Restructure!

Today we welcome to the team Kellie Williams!  Kellie has been working on a part-time casual basis as an Event Manager for the past couple of years, but has today started her new position as Weddings and Events Co-ordinator in a permanent capacity.  Kellie has a background in hospitality management and HR, and brings a wealth of experience in customer service and team working.  Kellie has worked for us over our busiest summer period within the admin team, working on our wedding and events final details which is such an important link role.  By liaising with each client and ensuring the every event is treated individually, Kellie has focused on detail and created documents which are then passed onto our Operations Team for delivery.

Kellie joins our ever-growing administration team, with Angela Stevens now focusing on the Office Management in general and is responsible for our banking and accounting side of the business.  Angela also focuses her time on our staff, particularly recruitment and retention, ensuring the correct policies and procedures are followed.   Nicki Bateman is now able to focus more on our corporate accounts and is responsible for overseeing and managing the administration team as a whole.   A really busy, but great team!

With the admin team now fully recruited for the moment, we will also be splitting our Operations Team and introducing the new role of Corporate Operations Manager which Sarah Briggs will be filling from the start of November, meaning our current Operations Manager Zoe Stokes will now move over to focus on the other side of our business as our Weddings and Events Operations Manager.   We believe this restructure will allow our team to fully focus, and also start to future-proof the business as a whole, leaving us room to further expand.

We are also currently full steam ahead with our Christmas recruitment process, offering casual positions for a 6 week period to cover our busy December.  With over 15,000 turkey dinners to deliver, we certainly have our work cut out, but as always, the team love being busy and rise to every challenge we are set!
