Afternoon Tea is a wonderful way to celebrate with your friends and family, traditionally held between 3pm and 5pm. You maybe looking to celebrate a wedding, host a party, a corporate event or you may just want to spend some quality time with your friends.



Saffron Catering can provide a beautiful range of afternoon tea at your home or venue of your choice.

Menu 1 –

Traditional Afternoon Tea

Delicate finger sandwiches:

• British ham & cheese;

• Free-range egg and watercress;

• Scottish oak-smoked salmon & cream cheese

• Prawn mayonnaise

• British rare roast beef with horseradish.

Plain and fruit scones served with clotted cream and strawberry conserve.

Speciality teas

All served on cake stands, with crockery, cutlery, teapots, sugar bowls and milk jugs

Menu 2 –

Champagne Afternoon Tea

Canap้s (choose 6 from the list below) served with a glass of Champagne


 Mango chutney and foie gras
 Royal crab and lemon
 Roquefort cream and pear
 Atlantic salmon and spinach
 Olive goats cheese and tomato
 Artichoke and king prawn
 Lemon cream trout, egg and cucumber
 Pepper marmalade and involitini
 Chicken and dried fruit
